ACS Biomarker offers RNA extraction from plasma, serum, whole blood, solid and FFPE tissue. Our phenol based extraction method is not only suitable for mRNA extraction, also small RNA species such as miRNA, lncRNA and circRNA can be efficiently isolated. Extracted RNA can be used for multiple downstream applications such as qPCR analysis and Next Generation Sequencing.
