RNA profiling

RNA, and especially non-coding RNAs such as miRNAs, lncRNAs and circular RNAs are increasingly recognized as a new class of biomarkers for diseases such as cancer and cardiovascular disorders. ACS Biomarker developed a validated qPCR pipeline for the accurate and reproducible analysis of RNA biomarkers, including low abundant miRNAs, from a wide range of biological sources. Our semi-automated biomarker pipeline is suitable for large scale measurements.
